My creation in using the wonderful outline provided at GGDesigns website. All stamps except the colors, which are really not quite visible. I used glaze pens which really show off the card and shine! Just use your imagination for that part. I am happy with the fulfillment of the assignment for Charlotte's website. :)
What My Art Is Now
As my inner self changes, so changes my art. What My Art Is Now will reflect back to me the metamorphosis that has occurred. What a great tool for keeping track of such things through time!

4x4 Little Tree
I just created this little tree, purely in acrylics and on canvas. I have thought about whether the season is Fall or Spring...or Summer? I can't decide. It was just sitting in my subconscious waiting to come out.

Journal Class Day 2 - Sally B.
Decided on a big butterfly since I have no screen art supplies, and wouldn't know where to start! Then I stamped music on in yellow on the interior of the piece.
Journal Class Day 1
Really fought with that gesso! It would not dry, and when I tried to paint over it with water color, it didn't like accepting it. But I did prevail! I like my colors.

Card for my Granddaughter's Parents
For the baby shower of my daughter who is awaiting the birth of her daughter, Clara Jane. Do you say Congratulations at a Baby Shower? I don't know these things. Anyway, I'm going to say it! I still am not very good at getting the embossing powder off of the card around the stamped image. Hmm... Maybe I can get some help with that!

Leaves and Bumble Bees
Leaves and Bumble Bees
A many-layered piece using acrylics, glaze, leaves, spackle and stencils...oh, and newsprint and tissue paper. I enjoyed every minute of creating this piece and still enjoy its presence.

Nostalgic Christmas
I was thinking about Christmas and created this altered CD. This would be nostalgic when I was 10 years old!
I used alcohol inks on the background, the images are from alteredpages.com. Holes are made with Crop-A-Dial.
